How to request an appointment option:

1. Go to to www.lifemark.ca 
2. Click the “book online” button at the top right of the screen
3. You will be directed to the “let’s get started” page, here you will enter the city or postal code and choose your desired service (physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, or chiropractic) and click search
4. This will bring up Westmount Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation and you will click select
5. You will then enter the treatment details and click continue 
6. The next page will be “date & time” where you will request 3 appointment time blocks that would be most convenient for you on the chosen date
7. The final page will be where you provide your contact details for the clinic to be able to contact you to confirm and book the appointment 

Please remember that time slots chosen are not an indication of a confirmed appointment. The appointment is not confirmed until we contact you directly.
