What is Bundled Care?
It is a provincial model for integrated care and funding. The funding model applies to patients in Ontario having a joint replacement surgery for the first time on the joint.
After surgery you will be provided with a referral form from the hospital which we will use to direct bill 8 Physiotherapy sessions on your behalf post surgery.
